By accessing the XauChain platform ("Platform"), website at https://xauchain.io ("Site"), and associated services, including mobile applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or Services. The Site and Services are operated by XauChain Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).

1.6 Jurisdictional Restrictions: The Services are not available to residents of certain jurisdictions ("Restricted Countries") such as Afghanistan, Iran, and others listed on the Platform. XauChain reserves the right to restrict access based on jurisdictional regulations.
1.7 Compliance with Sanctions: Users must not be subject to economic or trade sanctions or reside in restricted territories. If your status changes, you must cease using the Services immediately.
2. Protocol
The Site provides an interface to interact with the XauChain Layer 2 protocol, which operates on the Ethereum blockchain. This protocol is decentralized and autonomous, consisting of smart contracts that can be accessed directly. XauChain only offers the interface; it does not control the underlying blockchain network or protocol operations. 3. Accessing the Services
XauChain grants you a revocable, non-transferable license to use its Services in accordance with this Agreement. Under this license, you may not:

Digital assets carry risks, including rapid value changes and total loss. Users acknowledge these risks and that XauChain is not liable for losses outside its control. Changes in blockchain technology, including cryptographic advances, may affect the value and functionality of XauChain Services. Users should seek professional advice before making financial decisions involving digital assets.

By using XauChain Services, you confirm:
- You accept the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes related to cryptocurrency transactions.
